**Your Role**:Responsibilities include**:

- Support the Director, ISP define and manage the product vision and strategy, for the International Student Management Student uplift project.
- Create and prioritise a product backlog (a list of features and requirements) that aligns with the product vision and goals, and continuously refine it based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. vendor, developers, board and quality assurance) to ensure that the product meets customer needs and is delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team, escalate to the Director ISP as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, executives, and other departments) on matters related to the product.
- Continuously monitor the product's performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritise future improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the landscape, emerging trends, and new technologies that may impact the product's success.
- Review and endorse documentation.
- Strong background in ICT enabled projects and international education.
- Experienced user of the International Student Management System
- Flexibility to work across a number of priorities.
- High level writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Great at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
- Innovative and collaborative.
