We are looking for casual Mental health and Disability Support workers to join a team of passionate and enthusiastic Social workers, Nurses and Support Workers to make difference in someone’s life and empower our clients to achieve their NDIS goal.

Selection Criteria:

- Able to handle complex or challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Ability to priorities and demonstrates problem solving skills.
- Passionate about supporting clients with disabilities / mental health and advancing and empowering the lives of others.
- Self-confidence and willingness to engage clients with various backgrounds and needs.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite particularly MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Current valid Provisional or Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
- Current WWCC or the willingness to obtain.
- QLD NDIS Workers screening Check, or willing to obtain.
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with clients to actively support individual needs.

Essential Criteria:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) processes.
- First aid/ Mental health first aid.

- Monday to Friday

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
