**The Role**:
As a **Membership Consultant**, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them discover the benefits of joining our community. You will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, building relationships with new and existing clients, and guiding them through the membership process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Member Retention**: Promote membership packages and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and encouraging their fitness journey.
- **Client Support**: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure clients have an exceptional experience at every visit.
- **Studio Representation**: Represent KX Pilates Surry Hills with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for Pilates.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track membership conversions, renewals, and sales targets. Provide feedback and insights on sales strategies to improve performance.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster a welcoming, positive atmosphere in the studio to make every client feel part of our fitness family.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with class bookings, member inquiries, and general administrative tasks.

**About You**:

- **Experience in Sales/Customer Service**: Previous experience in a sales, membership, or customer service role is highly preferred. Experience in fitness or wellness is a bonus
- **Passionate about Fitness**: A love for fitness, health, and wellness will help you connect with our clients and promote the benefits of Pilates.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: You’ll need to communicate effectively both in person and online, offering clear and friendly guidance.
- **Motivated and Goal-Oriented**: You enjoy meeting targets, working independently, and contributing to the overall success of the studio.
- **Team Player**: You thrive in a team environment and are eager to collaborate with your colleagues to achieve studio goals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.34 - $31.76 per hour
