Sales & Membership Advisors - Premium Fitness Brand

Locations: Eastern Suburbs | Norwest | Northern Beaches | Lower North Shore | Sydney CBD

We're partnering with a global, high-end fitness brand to recruit driven and energetic Sales & Membership Advisors across multiple clubs across Sydney.

These roles are all about connecting with people, owning the sales process, and helping new members start their fitness journey, all while working in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

What you'll be doing:
  • Driving new memberships through calls, appointments, events, and outreach
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to induction
  • Creating a high-energy, welcoming environment for every potential member
  • Representing the brand with pride, in the club and in the community
  • Hitting monthly sales targets with the support of a strong team

Roster & Flexibility:

This is a full-time, permanent role with a rotating roster across 7 days (between 8am-8pm), including some weekends and public holidays. Rosters are set in advance so you can plan around your life.

Who We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
  • Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Genuine interest in fitness, lifestyle, or wellbeing
  • Membership or fitness industry experience is great - but not essential
