At Born2Care Support Services we work with a range of NDIS participants and provide both Community Access and In-home supports.

We aim to provide a person-centered approach for each of the participants we work with, and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-level support promoting and independent

At Born2Care we value our staff, we want each of our staff to have a good work/life balance and to feel comfortable in the workplace. We believe that in order to deliver a high level of support, it is important to feel valued appreciated.

We require staff to work various shifts to support our clients in home and in the community plus be comfortable doing sleepovers & personal care.

We require staff that for multiple participants staff must have experience in mental health and challenging behaviors

What we need from you:

- Working with Children Check (blue card)
- NDIS Screening Clearance (yellow card)
- Current Police check upon request
- First aid cert or willingness to obtain
- Qld Driver's license
- Own vehicle & comprehensive car insurance
- Industry experience is essential

About the role:

- Employment is Casual
- Shifts may vary
- $35-$45/hour depending on qualifications and experience

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

Work Authorisation:
