- Gowrie Victoria is a well-regarded not for profit organisation that provides long day care and kindergarten at six sites across Melbourne. We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Early Childhood Educator to work at our Carlton North service. It will be required to work every Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Carlton North opened in 1939 and is a 76 place service operating three rooms (6 weeks to 5 years) including two integrated kinder programs.

Reporting to the Room Leader, you will contribute to the implementation of a high-quality early learning program by demonstrating initiative, completing tasks with mínimal supervision and role modelling professional practice reflective of Gowrie Victoria’s purpose, philosophy, and values.

**About You**:

- A Cert III or Diploma qualification in ECEC or equivalent
- Knowledge of the NQF and approved learning frameworks
- 12 months work experience in early childhood (preferred) in implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to the interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children
- An ability to articulate your role as an Early Childhood Educator in line with the EYLF Belonging, Being and Becoming
- An ability to work effectively in a team and engage in critical reflection
