**Mental Health Clinician - headspace Bathurst (Wiradjuri Country)**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supporting young people with **evidence-based mental health care**:

- Delivering assessments, care coordination, and interventions that matter
- Facilitating **group sessions** for young people and their families
- Creating **individualised treatment plans** that work

**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in **Psychology, Social Work**, or similar
- Registration with **AHPRA, AASW**, or relevant professional body
- Advanced clinical skills and a toolkit of treatment approaches
- Ability to connect with diverse clients and build real rapport
- Top-notch communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Confidence with tech - from report writing to client info systems
