This role is a permanent position of 38 hours per week. We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent individual to fill the role of internal sales clerk. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Attend to telephone and online orders and enquiries from customers.
- Identify customer needs and take orders.
- Follow up on customer quotes.
- Achieving and maintaining rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service.
- Accurately receiving and processing customer requirements.
- Populate orders in our system.
- Invoicing
- Preparing customer orders and despatching goods.
- Ability to retain knowledge.
- Assisting the Team/s with sales related inquiries.
- Working with the sales team to achieve daily requirements.

**Skills & experience**:

- Locksmith product and industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service industry
- Excellent work ethic.
- Personal presentation.
- Willingness to always help all customers with any query, no matter how small.
- Positive and professional attitude is essential.
- Must be computer literate
- Must have ‘excellent’ English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to multi task.
- Positive team-oriented attitude
