The diverse and talented staff in the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) play a central role in achieving ECU's vision, and in designing and implementing future-oriented teaching and learning strategies. With its base at the Joondalup Campus, the CLT delivers a comprehensive suite of services and programmes on campus and online that promote high quality learning and teaching outcomes for students and academic staff.
The CLT’s Educational Integrity team leads the whole-of-institution approach to academic integrity at ECU.
THE ROLE
The Lecturer, Educational Integrity will work collaboratively across the University to support the development of effective guidance and training for students and staff on what constitutes academic misconduct and the development of good practice in maintaining academic integrity. The role will also be involved in case management and academic misconduct investigations, including serious and complex cases of misconduct.
This will include collaborating with professional and academic areas within the University to ensure compliance with relevant policy and legislation, to ensure a whole of university approach.
Capabilities
PhD and extensive relevant experience working in a higher education setting and or equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training.
Demonstrated experience in developing guidance and training for staff and students.
Demonstrated experience managing student academic misconduct in a fair and equitable manner.
High level communication skills with exemplary interpersonal and complex problem solving skills and proven ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, fixed term position for two years and attracts remuneration of $113,918 to $134,596 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
