Our Customer Engagement Marketing team deliver targeted marketing campaign activity, supporting the close connection between the marketing team and the business. To help this high performing function continue to do what they do best we have a fixed term opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team for 10 months.

About the team and role

This is a dynamic support role where you’ll assist the Customer Engagement Marketing team, and other Customer Marketing teams where needed, across Consumer and Business product portfolios to manage administration and smaller tactical marketing campaign tasks. No two days will be the same as you assist Marketing Managers with campaign materials and tasks such as insights, reporting, administrative reminders, website reviews, and updating key marketing assets. Working closely with internal stakeholders you will collate content and manage team contributions for monthly communication updates. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the team’s marketing material and content is refreshed and up to date on SharePoint, our central team site.

There’s plenty of opportunity to make this role your own showcasing your outstanding attention to detail, as well as adding value with your ideas and input. All your administrative experience and creative spark can be combined within an environment where you’ll grow and develop your knowledge and experience in the marketing space.

This role would be perfect for someone with a passion or keen interest in marketing who is ready to gain some hands-on experience and learn from the experts. Or you may already have some experience in marketing and be looking to broaden and grow your career further in a professional environment.

This role can be based in any of our main office locations in Melbourne, Bendigo, or Adelaide for the days that you are in the office together noting that hybrid ways of working are our norm. This is a part time position for four days per week.

About you

**To be successful as Marketing Coordinator you'll have**:
A keen interest in developing or building a career in marketing, preferably studying towards, or having completed a marketing qualification or equivalent discipline
Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar administrative or support role will be highly regarded
Good written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
Demonstrated competency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Proven ability to be highly organised, make decisions, manage multiple competing tasks, and re-prioritise constantly
Well-developed interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships with different personality types and stakeholders at all levels
Resilience and a calm disposition coupled with energy, enthusiasm, and passion to learn and grow your career
