**What you’ll do**
As a Change & Learning Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational change, focusing on the human aspect of transformations. Under the guidance of a Senior Change Manager, you'll be responsible for stakeholder engagement, customer & supplier engagement, business readiness, risk assessment, communications, change impacts analysis, and capability uplift.
- Build Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement through change management plans.
- Mitigate change risks by implementing effective communications, training, and delivery.
- Develop and implement communications, capability & engagement plans for all stakeholders.
- Complete regular retrospectives and gather lessons learned.
- Design and facilitate fit-for-purpose learning experiences tailored to the assigned project.
- Maximize employee adoption and engagement by building awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
**What you’ll bring**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a change management role.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
- Familiarity with change impact assessments, business readiness processes, and transition planning.
- Ability to design and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
