**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team at Beds R Us in Campbelltown, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their bedding and furniture needs.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting customers and assessing their needs to provide personalised recommendations
- Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to customers
- Assisting customers with product selection, orders, and deliveries
- Maintaining a neat and well-organised store environment
- Replenishing and restocking products as required
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the bedding or furniture industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for the retail industry
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Campbelltown NSW 2560 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
