Our client is a market leader who operate in the Financial Services sector specialising in Banking. They currently have an opening for a System Administrator with ServiceNow experience to join their growing team on an initial 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working for a household name within Australia and the role is based in Sydney.
**Role Overview**

This role will report to the Service Delivery Manager working closely with manage service providers who support the companies infrastructure including but not limited to cloud, network and telephony technology.
This role will be fundamental in uplifting the design and implementation of their cloud, network, and telephony systems, build and embed robust Disaster, Recovery and Incident Response processes, uplift MSP compliance with contractual obligations including system monitoring, alerting, operational procedures and agreed Service Level Agreements.
As this is a contract role, we are requiring someone to come in and hit the ground running, due to this we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow specialist with experience ideally from a Financial Services background.
**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Technical Services role.
- 3+ years’ experience working with Service Now in an administrator capacity.
- Experience with GRC modules
- Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/DR/Back Ups/BCP.
- Proven capabilities in developing and implementing Disaster & recovery programs.
- Proven capabilities in developing and implementing Back Up programs.
- Proven capabilities in developing Incident Response Procedures including a testing regime.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
