**About the role**
As the Territory Manager you will be responsible for the service of commercial laundry customers across Melbourne in addition to developing and implementing improvements to customer operations.
Our Textile Care division is the market leader which provides our industrial and hospital laundry customers with services, products and equipment to help them operate more efficiently and in an environmentally conscious manner. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join a team with excellent career development opportunities.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Devising unique solutions for our customers as their expert on advanced laundry cleaning and sanitation
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
- Analyse and review with the Ecolab Team, business results, growth opportunities and action plans
- Meet established sales and profitability targets where you will be expected to travel to client accounts on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
- Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels
- Proactively identify, develop and implement solutions to improve results, customer service and total cost
- Assisting with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers
- Installing and servicing equipment on customer’s sites
- Prepare and hold periodic business reviews with customer accounts
- This is an exciting opportunity for a trades or technical person to enter a field-based representative role
- Experience as a trades or technically minded person
- Experience or desire to work in a ‘hands-on’ or field-based role
- A passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills
- An ability to work autonomously
