We are looking for people who share this vision to be part of our quickly growing family. We have an amazing team of administrative and support workers, with a supportive and friendly work culture. We are seeking people who are available to support children and young people with complex needs with the capacity to be rostered across a variety of shifts including regular sleepover and weekend shifts. In recognition of this commitment and flexibility, we offer above award renumeration for sleepovers and can offer up to 76 hours per fortnight.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Current valid driver's license
- Either completed or enrolled in a certificate IV or higher in a relevant field.
- A current police check conducted within the previous 6 months
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs is preferred.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Supporting young people with day-to-day tasks, skill development, community engagement and striving for goals to achieve optimal wellbeing.
- Implementing and providing feedback in the development of care plans and therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of young people.
- Following a planner and participating in activity planning.
- Completing notes, administration tasks and incident reports within a computer system.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
