The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

- Coffee making experience preferred but not essential
- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain it before starting)
- Dedication to exceptional customer experience
- Happy can-do attitude to work
- Highly trustworthy
- Fast and presentable
- Table waiting experience preferred but not essential (providing you have the personality to take it on as well)
- The ability to work Thursday and weekends
