We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Administration / Customer Service Officer** to join our growing team. If you’re detail-oriented, a great communicator, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you **Why Join Us?** ✔ Gain valuable experience across a variety of responsibilities ✔ Enjoy competitive pay rates ✔ Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle **What You’ll Be Doing**: - Answering calls and handling customer inquiries professionally - Greeting and assisting clients in person with warmth and efficiency - Performing accurate data entry and administrative support - Responding to online enquiries and processing payments - Following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments - Assisting with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks **What We’re Looking For**: - A minimum of **3 years’ experience in storage or hotel systems**: - Familiarity with **Sitelink software** is highly desirable - A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude - Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent phone manner and confident communication skills - Strong ability to follow up on payments and communicate firmly when needed - Availability:_ 4-5 days per week Hours 8:30am -5pm ( including every second Saturday "with a higher pay rate on Saturdays" ). - Experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles will be highly regarded._ **Job Types**: Permanent, Casual Pay: $49,900.00 - $101,198.50 per year Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
