A great opportunity has become available within our Human Resource Services Business Unit, for a twelve-month role as Mobility Coordinator

The role sits within our HR Services business unit, which is the cornerstone to the people experience, delivering holistic, efficient, and connected shared services across the team member lifecycle (workplace support, payroll, mobility and offboarding.

The Mobility Coordinator is responsible for processing internal team member moves and exits, maintaining employee and organisational structures in SAP and inputting team member and contractor information into SRG systems for correct payrolling, reporting and processing. The Mobility Coordinator leads and drives data integrity to ensure compliance and accurate records are maintained within systems and employee records.

The role will see your responsibilities fall into the following categories:

- Internal Mobility Operations
- Operational leadership of HR Processes and Contracts
- Building capability across mobility team and the business (product users)
- Data Integrity and Assurance
- Systems and Business Improvement Support
- Reporting and Analysis Support

**To be successful in this role**
- You will be an experienced HR Administrator, having provided a range of support over the employee lifecycle
- High level administration skills
- SAP HR Master data experience
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
