**Your new Role**:
Contribute to patient care by providing administrative and clinical assistance to the Social Work Department in their day-to-day clinical duties. This role works under the supervision and direction of the Social Worker and undertakes only those clinical tasks delegated to them.

Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations

Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
