Join Our Team as a Virtual Phone Assistant

Are you a dynamic and organised individual looking for an opportunity in the healthcare industry? Look no further Our boutique company, dedicated to providing top-notch services to Allied Health professionals, is seeking a Virtual Phone Assistant to join our team.

Position: Virtual Phone Assistant
Location: Remote (with a face-to-face interview & training required in Springfield, Queensland)
Location for Interview & Training: Springfield, Queensland

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for Allied Health professionals.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools.
- **Must be available to attend Face to face interview and training in Springfield, Queensland.**

Working hours**:Must** be available full day Monday between the hours of 7am-5pm, and Tues-Fri between 1pm-5pm.
