We are recruiting for an
**A Grade Electrician** to work as a
**Service Supervisor** on a permanent contract for a WA based business.

The package includes phone, iPad, vehicle, 1 paid RDO every 4 weeks. There is also annual loyalty incentive scheme that pays annual bonuses related to length of time with the company.

**Key Skills**
- Experience as an electrical tradesperson in the commercial space
- Confident in electrical ability, knowledge and skills
- Confidence in conversing with high level building managers and stakeholders
- Ability to identify leads and negotiate contracts with building managers
- Experience managing small - medium teams
- Excellent leadership skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams, supervisors and clients
- Great team work ethic

**The successful applicant will need the below criteria**
- WA A Grade Electrical Licence
- Drivers licence
- Construction white card
- Minimum of 5 years post trade experience
- Management experience
- Sales experience
