**We are looking for a FEMALE Disability Support Worker**

**Must have**:

- **have experience in working with participants with Dementia**:

- **Clear English Communication Skills**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to participants with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Understand and provide appropriate care to participants who demonstrate a wide range of challenging behaviours.
- Assisting with daily activities, community support, self-care, and empowerment
- Work in conjunction with the participant's care team when appropriate.
- Professional approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable with disabilities.
- Autism,
- MS,
- Acquired brain injuries,
- Intellectual disabilities,
- Catheter Management/Handling.
