**The Role**:
Surfers Pavilion is looking for experienced Baristas to join our team of hospitality professionals.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and with strong social skills
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience making coffee - including **latte art**.
- Knowledge, passion and understanding of coffee
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team-player, as well as a self-starter that is able to work autonomously when needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Be well presented, punctual, and reliable
- Flexibility and availability for early morning shifts.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Preparing espresso-based coffee drinks, such as long black, flat white, latte and cappuccino, following standard coffee-making protocols
- Preparing other beverages, including tea, hot chocolate and frozen drinks (i.e. iced lattes, iced chocolates and smoothies)
- Keeping coffee-making equipment clean throughout the day and following a procedure to thoroughly clean the equipment at the end of the day
