**About the Opportunity**

The Apprenticeship Support Officer plays an integral part in the Group Training Organisation (GTO) and is primarily responsible for providing office-based support to Field Officers on the road. The role is both Customer facing as well as a back-of-house support for the day-to-day operations of the GTO.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing strong relationships and providing support on a range of enquiries, both internally and externally
- Upkeep of apprentice and trainee placement details in relevant systems
- Running reports from relevant systems and consolidating and interpreting the data
- Monitoring daily attendance activity and training progression for apprentices and trainees
- Supporting Recruitment and Group Training teams with interviews and inductions
- Accurate and timely note taking and database management
- General admin duties
- Some out of hours work may be required
