**ABOUT US**:
We are The Venue Company. We've hosted awesome nights for millions of people in our three iconic Melbourne nightclubs in the Melbourne CBD and surrounds.
- Club Pandora is a nightclub and function space in South Melbourne known for hosting events like the Trencito Latin Party, Bollywood nights, dancehall, afrobeats, uni nights and more across our two levels, VIP mezzanine and four bars.

**FLOOR CREW 101**:
The Floor Crew’s mission is to ensure our venues looks great for all of our guests and the bar has what the guest is asking for.

At any one given time, our Floor Crew could be out:

- Clearing rubbish, spills or empty/broken bottles
- Collecting and cleaning glasses
- Regular or deep cleaning as required
- Stocking, preparing or cleaning something for a bar
- Checking bathroom supplies & cleaning if needed

Floor Crew are usually responsible for general cleaning and R&M tasks. You may also be asked to complete deep cleaning during quiet periods as part of your role.

The Floor Crew is also the team that is assigned to the End of Day Clean of the smoker’s area, all floors and stairwells and bathrooms. They also ensure common property such as bins, bar mats and tea towels are properly washed and rinsed.

**ABOUT YOU**:
You have been working as a Bussie (or in a similar role/s) for at least 12 months and have a decent understanding of the common tasks and requirements of the ‘Bussie’ role, noting there may be slight variances.

You work well under pressure and are aware that it can be a tight squeeze at times through the crowd You’ll need to stay organised and get things done before they become a problem - your attention to detail should be second-to-none.

You will have competing priorities throughout the night and it’s urgent they are completed in a timely manner. You are responsible for managing the stock levels in the bar you are assigned to monitor for the night.

Floor Crew’s role is incredibly dynamic and variable, meaning there are opportunities to learn new things regularly.

**RATE OF PAY**:
The _Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020_ determines the rate of pay for this role as this role is classified as a _Food and Beverage Assistant _. The award considers those aged under 20yo a 'junior employee', meaning different pay rates for those aged under 20yo.
