Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist with experience using Shexie? If you answered yes, then this role could be for you

**The role**

Reporting to the Surgeons and the Practice Manager, you will provide administration support in this state-of-the-art surgical treatment facility based in Hurstville, NSW. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Answering telephone calls
- Scheduling appointments and surgeries
- Processing of payments
- Handling customer issues
- Inputting of data via the Shexie Practice Management Software
- General administration duties

**The person**
- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist with the confidence to commence to hit the ground running
- Flexibility in working Mon to Fri, 9:00am
- 5:00pm
- Available to commence in August and to commit to the entire duration of this temporary assignment
- High attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills with Shexie experience being a must have
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Covid vaccinated
