**The Service**

KU Phillip Park Children’s Centre is located in **Sydney's CBD **within walking distance from all public transport and provides education and care to children up to 5 years of age.

**The Role**

This is an exciting permanent part time opportunity working 20 hours per week across 3-4 days.

**Days and hours of work can be negotiated however availability to work on Mondays is a must and ideally a start time of 9am.**
- *This role has an unpaid 30 minute lunch break _

You will provide a range of administrative services vital to the efficient operations of the centre. In particular, you will be administering accounts payable, accounts receivable, fee processing and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families.

**_*Knowledge of Storypark Manage is highly desirable but not essential. _**

**To be successful in this position you will hold**:

- Experience in systems administration
- Proven financial experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Relationship-based communication skill
- Enjoy working in a team focused environment
- Be able to work independently
