**The Job**:
We are looking for a **WA Regional Coordinator**to join our Hazelmere team. This key role supports our regional operations and ensures smooth communication with branches, agents, and partners across WA.

**Some Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with WA branches and agents to collect weekly/monthly data
- Generate and review delivery performance reports (DIFOT)
- Help onboard and support new delivery agents
- Process and present invoices from agents and subcontractors
- Conduct audits and ensure operational compliance
- Provide excellent support to both internal teams and external customers

**About You**:
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong communication and admin skills
- Ability to manage reports, invoices, and data collection
- Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and in a team
