**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Head of Integrity you’ll be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing tailored programs using various platforms and methods to match target audiences
- In collaboration with the Capability Department, creating integrity modules and resources for Australian Cricket
- Developing content for, and presenting, face-to-face presentations to Australian Cricket participants
- Consulting with key stakeholders to ensure Education Frameworks meet mandatory requirements, best practice guidelines current and future needs and incorporates performance measurements
- Being the CA Integrity Unit contact for all professional development and wellbeing programs
- Assisting with online abuse, child safety and member protection initiatives
- Developing and maintaining compliance records
- Assisting the CA Integrity Unit with investigations, research, projects and reports

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

As the successful Integrity Partner you will be an exceptional problem solver with a passion for and experience in education. You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development or similar
- Experience in a sporting organisation in a similar role (desired)
- Experience working within junior development or pathway programs (desired)
- Prior training and assessment experience
- Demonstrated experience of development of education programs and knowledge of different learning types
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to understand and communicate integrity policies
- Motivate self-starter able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
