**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Parts Sales Consultant to join the team in the Gold Coast

**Role responsibilities**
- Answer and respond to sales enquiries via all available mediums
- Answer telephone enquiries in a timely, polite and professional manner
- Accurately identify the required parts, and identify the available stock within ACM Parts to fulfil the request
- Utilize Inventory system to establish the appropriate selling price for recycled parts
- Negotiate final pricing with customers
- Negotiate and sell extended warranties, freight
- Source parts from other recyclers maintaining brokered margin targets
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are processed in a timely manner
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date
- Adhere to all KPI’s and follow best sales practice and behaviour
- Follow up with customers for open quotes & providing tracking information on orders
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
- Follow ACM Parts sales process to maximize revenue

**Does this sound like you?**
- Have a strong knowledge of cars and car parts
- Be experienced in a similar role (store person role advantageous)
- Have intermediate knowledge of computers/systems
- Be able to work autonomously
- Have Full Australian working rights
