**Your Role**

As the Reservations & Events Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, orchestrating unforgettable experiences across these award-winning venues. From intimate celebrations to dazzling events, you’ll lead the way in delivering perfection with every plate and every guest interaction.

**Your Mission**
- **Own the Stage**: Oversee all reservations and events with precision and passion.
- **Make Magic Happen**: Plan, coordinate, and execute events that leave guests with unforgettable memories.
- **Build Relationships**: Be the friendly face clients and VIPs remember.
- **Drive Success**: Hit targets, elevate guest experiences, and innovate reservations.

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years in a similar role.
- A knack for leadership - you know how to motivate and make it happen.
- Top-notch communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- A flair for problem-solving and delivering wow-worthy service.
- Mastery of reservations systems (we use SevenRooms) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Full Australian working rights.
