**About The Opportunity**
Local Hospital located South West of Sydney is recruiting for a Clinical Coder to complement and enhance the current Casemix Coding team.

**About the role**

The Clinical Coder is responsible for the timely and accurate coding of inpatient episodes of care.

**How to Apply**
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Completion of a recognised coding course or tertiary qualification in Health Information Management.
- Demonstrated experience using ICD-10-AM/ ACHI classification with knowledge of current Australian Coding Standards.
- Demonstrated experience using Patient Administration Systems and other electronic medical record systems.
- Demonstrated experience using the 3M Codefinder.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
