**What we are looking for**:
Starting on a part time basis (ideally 3 days per week), we are looking for someone who can coordinate maintenance tasks across our facilities such as carrying out general repairs, equipment maintenance, installations and other adhoc jobs as requested. This role will also ensure the general maintenance of the facilities are upheld, planning routine inspections and establishing any other preventative measures.

**Key Duties include**:

- Carpentry including shelve building/maintenance
- Door repairs such as handles, slides etc.
- General grounds maintenance such as weed removal and spraying.
- Responding to facility equipment and services breakdown requests.
- Organising suitable third parties to complete tasks that require specialist’s assistance.
- Conducting regular checks of services and equipment.
- Sourcing maintenance related equipment for use on the company’s facilities.
- Assist in the movement of waste-stream bins in the building to support operations.

**About you**:

- 3-5 years' experience in a similar position or a traded role.
- Sound knowledge of fundamental building, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance-related trade practices.
- Qualifications in a mechanical based trade and/or any other applicable trade qualification.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Experience working with Food related machinery i.e., Freezer repairs, Industrial Ovens, Flow wrappers would be highly advantageous.
