The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an analytical, proactive and agile Analyst to join the Dexus Office Property Finance team as Finance Analyst. Reporting into the General Manager, Property Finance - Office, you will be responsible for the delivering valuable and insightful financial and analytical services partnering with key stakeholders in Asset Management, Investment Management, Funds, Developments, Investor Relations, and Planning & Analysis team that enhance decision making and commercial success.

You will make an impact by:
- Providing insightful analytical services to end customers including, sensitivity analysis and financial modelling, operating metrics, review of leasing transactions, etc- Preparing and coordinating property, portfolio and fund level reporting deliverables across financial and key property metrics- Coordinating and delivering budget and forecast inputs- Identifying financial and commercial solutions to asset related queries with a strong attention to communication, insights, problem solving, and professionalism

About You

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will be a dynamic, curious and driven finance professional with a highly analytical mindset and demonstrated 1-3 years’ experience in an analytical role within a corporate environment. You will showcase strong excel, forecasting, reporting and modelling skills and an enhanced ability to draw key insights that supports strategic decision making. Alongside exceptional communication skills, you will effectively engage key stakeholders and proactively partner with them in providing value-add insights. Prior experience using Yardi, Forecast Manager and TM1 will be highly advantageous.
