**Your new company**
This is a small Federal Government Agency that has a key focus on health trends, disease, and health improvement and is closely linked to research organisations. They contribute data and statistics that provide a base for policy and legislation to promote health and best health practices to reduce the amount of illness within Australian Residents.
**Your new role**
This is a rare and exciting role where you will work with a small but expert team as Human Resources Officer, to perform tasks inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Coordination the on-boarding of new staff
- Engage with various Business Areas to understand their business requirements
- Liaise with the security and IT teams for on-boarding
- Answer basic payroll enquires
- Respond to Merit Pool requests
- Manage the Merit Pool register
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you must have past APS experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or Coordination. This role is only open to Australian Citizens and tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
**What you'll get in return**
