- Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
- Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and operational standards
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory retail role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of retail finance, budgeting, and reporting
- Flexibility to work weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $49,900.00 - $60,000.00 per year
