We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced staff to join our fun, fast-paced catering team at The Italian Job Catering

This is the perfect second job to fit around your current work—most shifts are casual and scheduled a few times a month, mainly on weekends. Shifts typically run from 2-3 pm until 8-9 pm, making it ideal to combine with other commitments while earning some extra $$

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Previous hospitality experience and confident English communication skills.
- Your own car is a **MUST**(travel is required, and we pay for travel time). Public transport isn’t an option as most venues are in remote areas (30 mins to 45 mins from Gold Coast).
- Reliability and flexibility for weekend shifts.
- We’re ideally looking for long-term team members who can navigate the busy and quiet periods of the event season. Long-term opportunities are available and encouraged.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting our chefs with food preparation and plating.
- Running food to guests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Setting up and packing down event spaces.
- Keeping the workspace clean and organised throughout the event.
- Working in a supportive, energetic team at beautiful weddings and events.
- Most shifts are catering only. We potentially have bar work avaliable so experience is a plus. (Please attach your RSA if so)

This is a hands-on, physical role that involves lots of moving around—so you’ll never get bored

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
