The primary focus of the role is to participate in the overall development of Arup’s Acoustics consulting capability in NSW/ACT, delivery of projects to meet the expectations of clients and consequential business growth. The role operates primarily within Brisbane and will contribute to the other services provided by Arup’s Acoustics practice within the Australasia Region and the globe.

**The Opportunity**
- Provide acoustics design input on key projects in the region (eg Sydney and the broader Australasia region)
- Project management of a wide range of acoustics projects including managing the time, quality and cost performance of projects.
- To support the team leader (Acoustics, Audio Visual and Theatre team) in business development and marketing
- Extend relationships with existing key clients to enable an expansion of business opportunities for the acoustics, and (where appropriate) other business groups within the region.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in providing specialist technical acoustics design advice
- Experience in the consulting engineering environment, including the ability to advise clients on practical, sustainable solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written contexts and adapt interpersonal style to connect with diverse stakeholders, fostering open dialogue and collaboration
