**Royal on the Park is currently seeking a Full-time Kitchenhand.**

**About You**

To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience as a Kitchenhand preferably within a busy multi outlet environment. You will have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of team. Full availability over a 7 day rotating roster is essential.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Executive Chef, our Kitchenhands are responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently whilst adhering to strict food safety regulations.

Tasks include:

- Work as a team member within the Kitchen and service team assisting in washing crockery, cutlery and other cooking equipment.
- In accordance with government regulations you will ensure that all cleaning and sanitising is adhered to, this includes the compactor, recycling area, bench tops, refrigerators and storerooms.
- Ensure the correct handling and cleaning of all equipment.
- Assist the department with food preparation, storage and rotation.
- Ensure that quality food control standards are maintained as outlined within the Kitchen’s policies and procedures.
