Key responsibilities will include:

- Relationship Management - Promote an organisational culture that empowers all personnel on Ventia and contractors to be involved in HSE matters and to pro-actively take action to reduce risk
- Project and Contract Planning - Provide on going HSE support to the contract during shutdown s and implementation of HSE plan throughout
- Project and Contract Support - Provide advice to support Contract Manager to ensure the effective implementation of HSE System during shutdown
- Continuous Improvement - Review HSE Performance and maintain an up to date knowledge of HSE Legislation and Regulations

Key deliverables include:

- Role modelling of the Ventia Values and HSE behaviours
- Completion of investigations within required timeframes
- Ensure a positive HSE culture within the shutdown project across employees and contractors (approx 50 staff onsite)

Skills & Experience

Other key attributes that are a must have include:

- Experience working within Industrial or Resources industry
- Cert 4, Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- Drivers Licence
