**Savanna**is currently seeking an experienced**HSE Advisor**to join our growing team to support our Field Operations.

Point of hire is Toowoomba, Brisbane or Adelaide.

**To apply, you should have**:

- Minimum qualification level of Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, a Diploma in Work Health & Safety is highly regarded.
- 3 three years’ experience within a HSE type role or be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Risk Management practices and incident investigations techniques in the oil and gas industry.
- ICAM / Taproot certification regarded.
- Knowledge of behaviour-based programs, e.g. Step 7 / Assist and Assure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Audit experience in the preparation and execution of audits
- Understanding and working knowledge of ISO 9001/45001/14001
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Highly driven to make a difference.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Under the direction of the HSE Manager and HSE Leads, you will be working an equal time roster (eg.14 days on and 14 days off or a 21 days on and 21 days off roster)
- You will be the frontline day to day focal point for HSE across drilling, well servicing and transport activities.
- Conduct and participate in audits as per the Audit and inspection schedule.
- Provide coaching and direction on the Savanna Assist and Assure program including facilitating Rose Plot audits.
- Provide investigation facilitation expertise for incidents across the business.
- Provide risk management coaching to support sound decision making at the shift supervision levels.
- Assisting with HSE over multiple rigs (both Drilling and Well Servicing) or where required assigned to a drilling rig for onsite support.
