As we continue to secure projects across NSW and QLD, Alfabs is entering an exciting growth phase. We are seeking experienced **Full-Time Field Service Technicians** to join our Kurri Kurri team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, progress your career, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

**To be successful in this position, you should possess the following**:

- Strong commitment to safety
- Field Service Trades Mechanical and Electrical - Coal Cutting/Face Machinery
- 4 on 3 off rostering with Overtime in the Hunter Region
- Possibility of Weekend Roster
- Face Machinery Experience required
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Current driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Coal Board medical
- Exceptional work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet company goals
- Understanding of drawings and project scope of works

**Other desirable skills and experience**:

- Coal Board Medical
- Forklift license

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pre-start checks on equipment
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Repair diesel equipment such as LHDs and Drift Runners
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
