**The role**
As the Growth Ops Governance & Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and risk management initiatives are upheld across Growth Ops teams, including Marketing, Media, Digital, Aggregation, and our external white label & alliance partners.

**This is a fixed term contract role - starting from 17/11/2025 and ending 10/07/2026**

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Continuously improve and evolve Growth Ops policies and procedures in response to internal and external factors.
- Maintain a compliant framework for product design and distribution requirements across all Growth Ops relationships.
- Implement and enhance monitoring activities to ensure effective control operation and risk identification.
- Review, provide advice and endorse third party supplier risk assessments for divisional contract owners.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the Growth Ops policies and procedures framework.
- Provide governance SME advice for various divisional projects.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to management reporting.
- Assist with risk, compliance, and audit programs to support superior business outcomes.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Experience in process mapping and process improvements
- Experience in monitoring/assurance activities (desirable)..
- Familiarity with process mapping tools, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, legislative requirements, and industry codes (desirable).
- Experience with General Insurance in Australia, especially in Licensee/Authorized Representative/Referrer relationships (desirable).
