Our success comes from a holistic approach and working within a multidisciplinary team to support our client’s journey from rehab to healing.
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
- Work across various industry portfolios as well as Veterans.

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work
- Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable
