Disability & Mental Health Support Worker / Mentor.

We are HIRING 2 x Mentors to work with our clients across the Perth Metro area.

**What we are looking for**: people with heart and a passion to help people improve their lives.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**This position will start as casual whilst we build your caseload. This can then lead to part-time or even full-time work.**

Tasks can include but not limited to:

- Building the person's capacity within the home such as domestic tasks, organisation skills, and meal preparation etc
- Supporting with community participation and building the person's capacity in the community such as transport training, budgeting and money handling, safety awareness and social skills
- Supporting with employment and volunteering exploration and on the job support
- Supporting with 1:1 holiday and respite accomodation

We are willing to go over and above the award rate for the right people

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 6-20 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $85.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
