**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
We’re looking for individuals who may have worked in agency recruitment or internal recruitment with a passion for service delivery and matching the right person to the right role. You’ll have an interest in technology with the ability to become familiar with new concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. Your savvy social media skills will enable you to convert relationships from online to face to face with ease. Your next level communication skills will help you build rapport with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, in order to deliver on client requirements efficiently and effectively. You’ll have a flexible mind-set to come up with creative solutions to challenges that the market presents.
