Full-time Videographer

An exciting opportunity has opened up at Dipacci Coffee Company, one of Australia’s fastest-growing specialty coffee companies. We’re looking for a creative and driven Videographer & Content Creator to join our dynamic team at HQ

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Shoot, edit, and produce compelling video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Support the marketing team with graphic design, product photography, and digital content
- Help create and maintain monthly content calendars
- Work with the internal team to plan and roll out campaigns
- Support digital marketing activities including EDMs, social media, and web content
- Assist with photo and video shoots, events, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
- Provide customer assistance in the showroom when required
- Experience in videography, video editing, and photography
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Knowledge of After Effects and Shopify is a bonus
- Strong visual storytelling and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to stick to brand guidelines
- Creative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- A passion for coffee, content, and community

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
