**The Job**

Food Services/ Catering Attendant (permanent part-time) - Early AM (06:30am start) and PM shifts, of 5 to 7 hrs. Weekday and weekend shifts.

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
- Assisting in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
- Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas, cooking equipment and utensils.
- Cater for special occasions such as birthdays, cultural and religious occasions, meetings and events.
- Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard free condition.

**Essential to be successful**
- Good customer service and communication skills, including proficiency in English language to communicate with residents.
- High level reading and writing skills to understand resident dietary requirements, and to complete food safety documentation.
- A good level of fitness required for a fast-paced environment, including serving of food, tea and coffee rounds, washing of dishes, and cleaning of kitchens.
