The Location

Buderim Views, a 120 bed residential aged care facility bordering the coastal hinterland of Buderim Queensland. Buderim Views is close to shops, banks, schools and medical services, while still being a part of the charming and friendly Buderim village, while being only a short 10 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast’s fabulous beaches.

The Job

**Food Services/Cleaning combined role**

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
- Assisting in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
- Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas, cooking equipment and utensils.
- Cater for special occasions such as birthdays, cultural and religious occasions, meetings and events.
- Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard free condition.

**Requirements**:

- ** Must be willing to work across all shifts with 6.30 morning starts, evening finishes, weekdays and weekends.**:

- **Good level of physical fitness with ability to work in fast paced environment.**:

- ** Effective communications skills, including written and verbal in the English language.**:

- ** Intermediate literacy level to interpret nutritional care plans and record food safety.**

All training is provided, no experience necessary but will be highly regarded.

Hour's available part time up to 76 hours per fortnight. Multiple positions available.
