We’re looking for a **Discipline Manager - Water, Environment & Industrial** who’s excited to guide and grow a talented team, engage in hands-on technical leadership, and contribute to projects that span the water, defence, buildings, industrial, transport and civil infrastructure sectors.

**Position Overview**:
You’ll be at the heart of a high-performing, collaborative team, mentoring future leaders, shaping technical excellence, and directly influencing outcomes across iconic projects. As both a people and technical leader, you’ll be empowered to:

- Managing project budgets, team resources, and ensuring the highest standard of delivery.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A degree in Chemical Engineering, or a Mechanical Engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
- 15+ years of consulting/design experience.
- A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months).
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Technical expertise in water, defence and/or industrial infrastructure, complemented by a well-connected business network in SA to help strengthen and grow our local capability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
